Q: Are there items in-store to purchase?

A: Although it is best to order online, we carry blank stock of certain items which we can decorate. Feel free to stop by or call to inquire.

Q: Will I be able to exchange items once I receive my order?

A: Yes, as long as the item does not have a number or name and is still in its original condition.
